An Introduction to Homerism

After being inundated by the masses with requests to share my college football insights, it’s with great pleasure that I announce the debut of Blatant Homerism. I realize this is probably going to suck—hard—in the beginning, but I’m hoping things get better as we go along.

Anyway, if you do choose to stick with me, I’ll make a couple promises and disclosures. First, I’m a die-hard OU fan. I hope to delve into college football topics of all sizes and shape, but count on plenty of Sooner-related action.

Second, I’m not going to be doing any “reporting” here. My only real objective is to provide an engaging forum to discuss college football (and really just about anything else) from a variety of points of view.

Third, I’m not going to discuss the boring minutiae of my day-to-day. I realize that no one cares about my finance mid-term or the Greengenes set list from the Jam Session I attended over the weekend.

Lastly, I’m always open to feedback, so please drop me a line if you have anything to say, good or bad. Enjoy!
